Cookie Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

This document is a template provided for information only and is not legal advice. Adapt it to your jurisdiction and operation before relying on it.

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies Qsendyx uses. Unlike a purely static site, Qsendyx is an application and needs a small set of cookies to work.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Qsendyx uses only first-party cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the Service to function and cannot be turned off:

  • Session cookie (qsy_session): keeps you signed in after authentication.
  • CSRF token (qsy_csrf): protects forms and state-changing requests against cross-site request forgery.

3. Preference cookies

These remember your choices to improve your experience:

  • qsy_lang: remembers whether you chose English or Portuguese.
  • qsy_theme: remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme.

4. No advertising or analytics tracking

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites. Because the cookies we set are strictly necessary or preference cookies, no third-party ad network receives them.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the Service. Clearing preference cookies simply resets your language and theme to the defaults (English, following your system theme).

6. Changes and contact

If our use of cookies changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions? Email contact@qsendyx.com.
